Note: Since courier delivery by Max Mobile is handled through company couriers from Jomhouri Street, for customers located far from the warehouse, we recommend using Customer Courier or other delivery methods to reduce shipping costs.
Courier Delivery
If you place your order before 16:00 on a working day, it will be ready for delivery within 2 hours. The cost of this delivery method depends on peak hours and your location and will be borne by the buyer.
In-Person Pickup
For your peace of mind, it is also possible to purchase directly from Max Mobile’s office. In this case, it is important to contact our experts before coming to ensure your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery to Other Cities
Customers living outside Tehran can safely shop from Max Mobile Online Store. If the order is placed before 14:00 on a working day, it is usually processed and shipped the same day. Products are securely packaged and shipped via Tipax or Chapar. Once the order is placed, the processing begins, and after shipping, a tracking code will be sent to you. You can track your package through the Tipax or Chapar websites, or via the “Order Details” section of Max Mobile Online Store.
